ICS Computing has been awarded a contract to provide HR management, administration and consultancy for a fast growing gourmet sandwich business.
Established in 1994 as a family concern, Deli*Lites now operates four sandwich bars in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. A major supplier to supermarkets, garages, hospitals, factories and schools Deli*lites also create gourmet sandwiches for retail chains under their own brand label.
Elaine Trainor, Financial Controller at Deli Lites said: “As the Deli Lites business has grown, so too have our staff numbers and the HR responsibility and workload that goes with it. We have taken the decision to outsource our HR management to ICS as they have the knowledge and experience to provide us with the support and advice we require. ICS will work with us on staff recruitment, selection and appraisal as well as ensuring we are complying with any developments in employment legislation.”
